Overnight I get this message when starting the PC. Under Windows 10, fairly classic and basic computer = Intel 3770k MSI Z77 integrated video card with a Sata Raptor HDD and a GB of RAM GNU ...
The message you're seeing is the GNU GRUB bootloader, which is commonly used with Linux distributions.
