PC started to stutter after the latest Windows 11 update
I reinstalled the update, tried some commands but nothing helped. When I run sfc /scannow it says that it found some corrupted files and that they would be fixed when I restart my pc but all that happens when I restart it is that I'm being told that updates are on the way and they download until 30% before my pc restarts again (this only happens when I restart after running scan now). the stuttering always randomly occurs every few mins and it s only a quick freezing of my pc

1. Update the driver:
Go to Device Manager and check if the key drivers such as graphics card, sound card, etc. need to be updated.
Try downloading the latest drivers from the hardware manufacturer's website
2. Roll back or uninstall updates:
Go to Settings > Windows Update > Update History > Uninstall Updates to remove the most recent updates.
Or use the Recovery option to roll back to a previous version.
3. Adjust the power plan:
Go to Control Panel > Power Options and select High Performance mode.
Turn off potentially conflicting features:
Try disabling Game Mode (Settings > Game > Game Mode).
Turn off hardware accelerated GPU scheduling (Settings > System > Display > Graphics Settings).
4. Run a system check:
Run at the command prompt (administrator):
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Check and repair system files.
5. Check for third-party software conflicts:
Go to Task Manager and check if there are any processes that are taking up an abnormal amount of CPU/memory.
Try to clean boot
