Hi, i also have same cpu, i bought laptop msi gp62 6qf in 2017, it works very well, i think microsoft should allow install win11
Microsoft does allow to install with the 6700hq. However you have to download the media creation tool and create an install USB. Then install as a clean install not upgrade. "Make sure to backup your data first since this is not an upgrade rather a clean install"!
