PC does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11 even though PC health app states that it do

I received an email from Microsoft that states my PC does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. I checked the PC health app and it states that it does meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. My manufacturer double checked and they said it does meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. Something wrong here. Answer desk states to ignore the email. I am an Insider.
Asus Vivobook S14 435ea.

    Try run the PC Health Check now (the latest version), it is the most current report and in case it shows your device is ready, then you would be able to upgrade.
