PC directory vs OneDrive files
I have a PC with Windows 10 and OneDrive account. I am finding that there is a discrepancy between the files shown on the PC directory and those which can be accessed from onedrive.live.com. There are many more files show on the latter than the former. Why is the PC missing so many files?

These files appear in your File Explorer, but are not physically stored on your PC until you open them. They are stored in the cloud and only downloaded on demand.
