Pascal (10 series) GPUs on Windows 11 encounter artifacting boot loop when HDR is enabled in Windows
Bug: Users with Pascal (10 series) GPUs on the latest builds of Windows 11 are encountering an issue with an infinite boot loop that shows artifacting on screen when HDR is enabled in Windows 11.
Workaround: Disable HDR in Windows 11

Hi NoblesseDeRobe, that is worth filing through Feedback Hub with the exact GPU model, driver version, Windows build, monitor model, connection type, and HDR state. The workaround of disabling HDR is useful, but Microsoft and NVIDIA would need reliable repro details to isolate whether this is display driver, HDR pipeline, or Insider build regression. If the machine boot loops, recovery mode may be needed to disable HDR or roll back the display driver.
