Parameter not working for DisplaySwitch.exe
No matter what parameters I am using, the command only opens the menu.
Yeah, that’s a known quirk. DisplaySwitch.exe sometimes ignores parameters and just launches the display menu instead of applying the mode directly. Try running the command in an elevated Command Prompt (Admin mode)—that often helps. Also, check if there are any background apps interfering with display settings. If all else fails, using Win + P manually might be the quickest workaround.
