Outlook Issue

I tried to send an email using outlook.com and received the following message:
"Your message is too large to send. To send it, make the message smaller, for example, by removing attachments. The maximum message size that's allowed is 0 KB. This message is 30 KB."
There are no attachments. What would cause this kind of message?

Malware or browser hijackers can cause strange behaviors. Run a full system scan with your security software.

You can choose to run the Outlook repair tool by going to Control Panel → Programs and Features → Microsoft Office → Change → Quick Repair.
You can also choose to reset the navigation pane:

    outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Both methods work well, so you can try either one.
