Outlook functionality on Windows 11 ARM

On my MacBook pro laptop, I want to install windows 11 ARM as a virtual machine via Parallels 18 and then download MS Office 365 on the VM. I need to know that the version of Outlook in that configuration has all of the functionality of Outlook on standard Windows 11. Thank you.
