Original Realtek sound panel
1. Open Microsoft Store
and search for "Realtek Audio Control"
to install the official application (hardware support is required)
2. Install the driver manually:
Visit Realtek official website to download the corresponding driver package
Check the "Realtek Control Panel" component when installing
3. Handling Common Problems
Control Panel does not show up
Right-click on the Start Menu > Device Manager
Expand "Sound, Video and Game Controllers"
Uninstall the Realtek device (check Remove Driver)
Reinstall it automatically after reboot
4. Functions are missing
Check if the service is running:
Press Win+R, type services.msc
Make sure the status of "Realtek Audio Service" is "Running"
5. Alternative solution
Use the universal audio control:
Right click the volume icon > Sound Settings and click "More Sound Settings". Sound Settings
Click "More Sound Settings"
Use Windows native control panel.
