Orange square flashing Win-10
I recently noticed an orange box flashing briefly (split second) at the bottom of my screen, center of task bar. This happens at random and sometimes it seems to go hours before resuming.

Open Notification Center (click the date/time icon or press Win + N) and see if any notifications appeared around the time of the flash.
Check Event Viewer for any system or application alerts. Notice if any app is briefly showing a notification or changing state when the orange box appears.
