Opening Windows insider tab from settings reboots system.

I linked my account with windows insider program and chose the slow ring and the system reboots which is normal. But now whenever i open the insider tab in settings my system automatically reboots.

Disconnecting the internet (in my case Wifi network) allowed me to enter the 'Windows Insider Programme' settings without the laptop restarting.

I switched to Windows insider slow ring and now i'm on build 19041.84, I can't reproduce this issue at all.
I'm also using a WIFI network adapter.
