OBS interface randomly turns pitch black, except preview and program windows

Os - Windows 11,

GPU - GTX 1650 Ti (laptop).

Issue persists, I've updated Nvidia GPU drivers, updated OBS itself, but this thing keeps on for several months.

When this is happening, I kinda locked in that, the only thing that helps me, is "Fold all windows" (I do it with three fingers swipe down on touchpad) and then I go to Desktop manager where I pin OBS to the side, then UI re-renders and everything works again.

Couldn't find anything on the web, all searches lead me to Black Screen capture issue, which is not my case.

Would be grateful for any advice.
