Notifications showing, but cannot see them until I reboot Windows 11

Hi there,

At the bottom of my screen I see the # of notifications increasing, and if I reboot, I can see what they are, but if I click on them now, nothing happens.  Is there another way to see these notifications?

I am running Build 22463.rs_prerelease.21017-1503

If there is any other information I can give, I'll be happy to.
