Not sure why my pc screen is not responding
The whole pc screen covered with the white tint of the "__ is not responding" message.

Did you install any suspicious app recently?
Looks like some apps are not working.
Try booting into clean boot environment, see if that helps.
Sometimes, the system is temporarily busy. If possible, give it a few minutes to see if it becomes responsive again.
Basically, restarting the computer and then updating the graphics card driver will solve the problem. For external monitors, remember to check the connecting cables and switching ports.
