not receiving insider builds
I recently ran into some issues with my pc that caused me to have to do a fresh install of windows from usb. Ever since then my pc has been running extremely slow. Just a short while ago I reset it again because I wasn't receiving the insider builds. Now its saying that my pc doesn't meet the minimum hardware requirements to run windows 11 and my channel options will be limited. I am running windows 11 version 21h2 OS build 22000.978. someone please help!

You currently have an up-to-date public release system, to upgrade to a higher version you need to reconfigure this computer for the Insider Program and link your accounts.
