Not Receiving Google Voice, Wechat and Whatsapp Notifications IPhone
So recently I noticed any notifications I received from either of these programs don't show up till much later. Either it shows a notification hours later or you have to actually open the program and then the messages or calls are shown. Does anyone know how to fix this or why this is the case? IPhone 13 Mini.
Previously whenever a message or call, notifications show up immediately. I don't recall making any changes to notifications for either.
I received text and calls from WeChat and Google voice and only know about it when I open the app. I am on the latest IOS but not sure why this is happening?

Some apps might have their own in-app notification settings; check those. iOS updates sometimes fix notification bugs, so ensure your device is on the latest iOS version (which you mentioned). If the issue persists, contact Apple Support or the app developers for further guidance.
Enable notification permissions for each app individually in Settings → Notifications on your iPhone, and check whether Focus Mode is blocking notifications.
