not getting updates in my windows insider program

These paragraph represents my issue..

I enrolled into the Windows 11 insider Dev program previously and was given 25000 series but now after Microsoft introduced the canary insider version 25000 series has stopped getting updates now if we want to get 23000 series we have clean install which means all the files will be deleted.

So I want to know If this can be done without clean installation. and this is showing in my insider setting tab.
