Not Getting display from Gpu

Hi There,

I updated my PC to the latest Window Insider's build or at least that I got that is (22631.2262). After updating I am not getting any display form my GPU That is AMD R5-340x I tried to reinstall the driver but it says didn't detect any hardware. Tried reinstalling GPU. but couldn't solve it. Anyone can guide me. And the fan of the GPU is Spinning.
