Not being able to leave the Windows 11 Insider Program

I had Windows 11 installed some weeks ago and I joined the windows insider Beta program then. Today one app clashed with the insider program, it doesn't work with me being in the insider program so I decided to leave the program. When I go to settings, where the insider settings are under the Windows Update section, it says that I am signed up with siyar@hotmail.ch to the insider program. But then when I go to the section where it says "leave the insider program", it links me to a website where it says that I can't leave because THIS email isn't linked to the insider program. which is not true because windows 11 is still acting like i'm in the program with the exact same email. and still i can't open that app which needs me to leave the insider program.

In this case, you will need a clean installation of Windows, which will remove the version you already have installed, but remember that your files and applications will be deleted - make copies.
You don't need to be a logged in Insider user to complete this step, so this issue may be unreassized
