not able to change timezone
im not able to change the timezone from settings or control panel and when from the control panel its says to contact admin

You may open up Powershell run below script to change time zone, see below my example replace the China with your desired country or location.
Set-TimeZone -Id "China Standard Time" -PassThru

Little_Joe so this helped but i still dont have the right time
- its an hour ahead and im not sure how to specify the region of the timzone
