No WiFi options on used laptop ?

Hello. I just got a used HP 14s Laptop, and after fresh win 10 install, my wifi options are not showing.

What i tried:

Turning airplane mode on/off. Not sure if this laptop has some kind of physical wifi activation other than F12 key, but i couldn't find it
Troubleshooting, but it finishes in 3 sec, saying all fine
Resetting the network in Network and Sharing
Enabling boot from network in the BIOS
Restarting the laptop countless times
