No widgets on the lock screen

I get a few widget choices in the Personalization settings, but none of them work.

My lockscreen uses the Windows Spotlight images.

I've enabled widgets in the Group Policy editor. (Although I already have widgets, in the left side of the taskbar.) I tried running Vivetool. It reported that the changes were successful, but nothing changed.

Any suggestions?

This is a fairly trivial matter, but I'd like to be able to fix it.

Sometimes third-party software or tweaks can interfere with widgets. If you've installed any customization tools or tweaks, try disabling or uninstalling them.

Some features, especially lock screen widgets, are still in development or limited in certain builds. If you're on an insider build or beta, some features might be buggy or temporarily unavailable.

Since you’re using Windows Spotlight, some users report that certain configurations or recent updates can break widget functionality. Sometimes, a clean boot or resetting the Windows Spotlight settings can help.
