No sound from wireless headphones

I have Windows 10 Pro; 20H2; 19042.1266; Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0.

At some point, with Windows 10, the sound stopped coming to me. Speakers and wired headphones are working. But wireless (bluetooth; for example, Samsung Buds Pro) headphones are connected ("paired" -> "connected"), but there is no sound in them.

Contacted remote technical support from Microsoft. Didn't help and recommended to contact this forum. Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks.
