No options in Windows Insider Program
I'm in the Dev Preview channel on 22000.120 and I don't have any way to change channels. I saw the issue people are having where they only have the option to unenroll, but I don't even have that.
I've tried restarts, doing the bcdedit fix for the similar issue above, and searching for updates, but I'm not sure what to do after that.

- The setting appeared with no action beyond a day's wait and a 4th restart. I don't know why, but I'm not questioning it.
