For now using the mentioned tool in that post doesn't work.
every time Windows insider gets one of those updates that "tests update pipelines", breaks this method.

so in other words, every time Windows build number is like this:
21301.1010
instead of this
21301.1000

that tool won't work, until the build is updated again and the last digits is back to .1000

you won't have to do anything if you already activated news and interest with that tool, just have to wait and update to the next build.
