New Release disables charger
I just tried to install Windows 11 Insider Preview 25179.1000 (rs_prerelease). It didn't seem to complete and left me with a blank screen. I waited for 15 minutes for it to restart and it never did. So I shut down and restarted. Now it will not start with the chagrer connected. Has happened to me twice. I removed the last release and everythng worked again But it keeps trying to reinstall the new release. Any thoughts?

- Update. When the release starts, it goes to 12%, then restarts. It comes back at 30%, then restarts. It comes back at 48%, then restarts. After then, screen goes blank. Left it for 2 hours. System shut off. Restart and no longer supports charger, but works fine on battery. So I back out the release at this point and all is OK again.
