New Insider features not showing up (Dev channel)

Hi,

I recently enrolled in the Windows Insider Program (Dev channel), and I’m wondering how long it usually takes for new features to actually become available.

So far, the only noticeable change I’ve seen is that the Run dialog switched to dark mode, apart from that, nothing new has appeared.

Is this normal? Do features get enabled gradually, or could there be something wrong with my setup?
