Network Bridge not working on Build 22000.100

I removed the last .Net Update from Insider Dev:
KB5004342 Cumulative Update .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 - July 22
and network bridge is working again for Thunderbolt (with some blind tweaking)
