Need help updating, been unable to update in over a year

If all else fails and you’re still stuck, a clean install of Windows is an option. Make sure to back up all your important files first, as this will erase everything. You can follow the instructions from the Media Creation Tool for a fresh installation.

Under the Device specifications section, click on the Rename this PC button. Enter the new device name and click Next. Restart your computer when prompted.

Another issue is it seems the certificates for the files to reset my pc are expired, and a pop-up saying the build of windows will expire on 9/15/2023 keeps popping up.
