Navigating Startup Challenges

Upon booting up my laptop, I've noticed a couple of minor issues that have cropped up recently. Firstly, the Windows 11 startup sound is absent, leaving it silent. Secondly, upon reaching the lock screen, there's a brief UI glitch where the interface disappears for 1-2 seconds before reappearing. These problems have persisted since I upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10. Though minor, I am keen to resolve them. For reference, the specs of my laptop are provided below.
