My windows 11 Insider problem not working properly

Respected Sir,

 

I am sharing my problem with you. So, on my PC the windows update system not working properly and I won't able to change my insider program. Like now am in the DEV version but I am not able to shift dev to the beta version and also don't able to shift my previous windows version windows 10. So please sir tell me how can I solve this problem?

    I suggest you delete the screenshots because they have your account address on them - please do it for your own safety!

    To go back to Windows10 you need to perform a clean installation that will remove everything and reinstall the system, but you will lose your files - remember this!
