My task manager is full of duplicates running and they cannot be closed?

It is app level issue. nothing to do with the windows os

In Task Manager details, end duplicate processes with the same name after sorting by CPU, you can also run sfc /scannow to repair system files, and if it's caused by malware, just run a full scan with Windows Defender.
