My screen keeps going black when I play movie from media player

Every time I play a movie or video from my GOM or VLC the screen would stuck and go black suddenly. If I got lucky, after few seconds the screen would turn back on but I have to kill the media player in order to resume my watch. But sometimes it doesn't turn back on which I have to switch to another GPU's display port. It still have the same problem with HDMI though. I already reinstall GPU drivers but the problem keeps happening. This problem occurs after I update my Windows 11 Insider Preview 22454.1000 . I already bought a new HDMI and display port cable, it still doesn't fix the problem. Really appreciate it if anybody let me know if they have faced the same issue, so I understand the root of the problem.
