My quickly setting didn't work correctly. (Windows11 22000.168)

The quickly setting on the task bar did not work. I try to click the quickly setting button and input WIN+A on my keyboard but quickly setting did not respond me. I think it may be a bug. That is annoying, can someone please fix it as soon as possible?
