My PC Only Shows PXE as Boot Option

Power off your PC and unplug it.
Open the case and reseat the SATA/NVMe drive (unplug and reconnect cables).
If using an M.2 SSD, remove and reinsert it.
Try a different SATA port on the motherboard (if applicable).
