My office is not Loading anymore

My Office is not loading anymore, and I have contacted the technical support to assist, and they have run a the troubleshoot step, but the Window is acting up will have tried the in-place upgrade but unsuccessful.

Kindly assist me on this as it is very important, I need this fix.
