My Link to Window's 11 won't lunch

My link to windows app stopped working on my PC. I have an HP Intel(R) Celeron(R) G5905T CPU @ 3.30GHz (3.20 GHz), AFA60CF9-34E3-4842-B49E-BF33940A2968. I'm pretty much a DOS dummy, however I did all I could be researching the problem online. I also went to YouTube. I got all the same information. Nothing worked. I still does no lunch. Can anyone tell me what might the problem might be? Thanks

    Consider performing a repair install of Windows if the issue persists and is critical.

      HI LennoxFord,

      I just completed with your suggestion. I still can't launch Link to Window's. If you can think of anything elese I'd be eternally grateful.

      HI Lennox, I'm going to admit that I'm not familiar with what you're asking me to try. Can you tell me how to start that action. thanks Michael
