My laptop gets stuck on the logo screen after restarting following a Windows 11 installation

After installing Windows 11, the system gets stuck on the brand logo screen during restart and won't boot into the OS. Please help with a solution.

    Since you cannot access your desktop, you will need to use the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). The most reliable way to access WinRE is by performing a Hard Shutdown two to three times in a row.

    Power off your PC during startup (force shutdown) 3 times in a row. This should trigger Windows Recovery Mode.
