My iPhone screen frozen. How can I unfreeze an unresponsive iPhone?
I'm hoping someone can walk me through this. My iPhone screen is totally frozen—can't swipe, can't tap, and the phone doesn't react to anything. I can't turn off, too. The screen is just stuck on on...
Try to boot in recovery mode and restore the iPhone. This is the best way to unfreeze an unresponsive iPhone when the screen is frozen.
