My Asus laptop can't load the full screen

My Asus A15 Tuf Gaming laptop isn't loading all of the screen. There's about an inch and a half of black screen on the right and left, stretching from the top of the screen to the bottom. My wallpape...

1. Quick checks and temporary fixes
Try these actions immediately:
Right-click on the desktop → Display Settings → select Recommended Resolution (usually labeled “Recommended”)
Try a different ratio (e.g. 16:9 or 16:10)
2. Shortcut key switching:
Press Fn + F4 (common ASUS full-screen toggle key)
or Alt + Enter (full-screen key for some applications).
3. Driver problem fixing
 Update the graphics card driver:
Right-click Start Menu → Device Manager
Expand “Display Adapters” → Right click on the graphics card → “Update Driver”.
Select “Automatically search for updates” or download the corresponding driver from the ASUS website.
Rollback the driver (if there is a problem after updating):
Right-click the graphics card in Device Manager → “Properties”.
Switch to “Drivers” tab → Click “Rollback Driver”.
4. Apply proprietary settings
 Browser/video full screen fix:
Chrome/Edge: Press F11 or click the full screen icon in the upper right corner.
