MS Teams doesn't work after restarting the computer

Restarted my computer "twice" and it does NOT show up in the right hand corner on my destop (16188.1.res_realease) like the other build's that I have previously downloaded.  Also a problem when restarting my computer it does NOT open the following browsers (Avast SafeZone, Fire Fox, Chrome), now if you trying to elimated them I have to Mannually restart them and it's a pain in the ass.  By the way I DO use Edge, and its gotten better, but still not up to the speed and quality of the above mentioned browsers. Hoping to hear from you to straighten up those problems or someone to tweak these problems
