Thank you for bringing up this important point! Having the ability to resume videos from where we left off is an essential feature for a smooth and uninterrupted viewing experience. Here’s a detailed breakdown of why this feature should be added to the Movies & TV app:

  1. User Convenience: Users often watch videos in intervals, especially when watching long-form content like movies or series. Without the resume feature, we are forced to manually scroll through the video to find the exact point where we left off. This can be both time-consuming and frustrating, especially when the app doesn’t show time stamps.

  2. Consistency Across Devices: Many streaming platforms already offer this feature, making it easier for users to switch between devices without losing their progress. The Movies & TV app should offer this to stay competitive and meet user expectations.

  3. Better User Engagement: If users know that they can seamlessly return to their video without having to search for the spot they paused at, they are more likely to stay engaged with the app. This increases user satisfaction and reduces frustration, keeping the audience loyal.

  4. Technical Feasibility: This is a standard feature on many other apps, which means that from a technical standpointhttps://www.pikashowgeeks.com/ it should be possible to implement in the Movies & TV app. Adding a "resume where you left off" feature could be as simple as storing video progress in the user’s account or cache.

  5. Enhancing Overall Experience: Small features like this can make a huge difference in the overall user experience. The ability to pick up right where you left off enhances convenience and makes the app much more user-friendly.

Best of Luck!!
