Please try to empty your OneDrive's Recycle Bin, it would be a typical problem when OneDrive hasn't correctly finished sync. If you've already empty, you choose what you want to save, then try its to choose "always keep on this device" with right click the icons, then try to delete what you don't want it all. After re-sync, please try it reboot again
