More MS misery
I have an acronis .tib backup from my wife's that contains important info that I cannot extract as Com Surrogate seems to have locked it so I cannot extract the info. How the h do I make it accessable by Acronis or whatever opens it to read it?

Make sure the .tib file is not corrupted. Ensure you have the correct Acronis software version that created the backup.
