Mobile Hotspot on Windows 11 not working

I've been trying to connect my phone to the PC hotspot and it won't connect at all, the PC shows everything is fine, followed guides for command prompt commands to scan and restore health and everything is fine. Troubleshoot doesn't find any problems. Contacted various times Microsoft support for help and they weren't able to fix it. They now told me to come here and ask the community 'cause they said they don't have the tools for insider builds so here I am. Can someone help me with this ? Thanks

KapilArya Hi, I followed all 5 solutions, and not only mobile hotspot still doesn't work, but now (after solution 2) I also don't have an option for wifi anymore, the driver has reinstalled itself but I can't connect to wifi because there is no option for it anywhere !! How can I fix this now?

I added screenshots of the driver that I uninstalled and that windows reinstalled, and photos of proof showing that now I have no Wi-Fi.

      Thanks

I fixed the Wi-Fi problem I had, but the mobile hotspot still doesn't work. Is there a way I can turn back to the latest release of windows 11 that will get me off of the Insider Dev program ? maybe with a link to an update that I can force windows to make ? Thanks
