Greetings! I recently upgraded my Windows 11 Enterprise to version 22631.2715 using KB5032190. Although I now have access to all the new features, the new settings homepage within the options app...
This is a policy controlled by IT administrators in the Enterprise edition. If you possess administrative privileges, you may attempt to enable the relevant settings via the Group Policy Editor.
