Missing features in version 22H2
After I had updated to version 22H2, I didn't find some new features like "Add natural voices" in Narrator page and "Windows Update is committed to helping reduce carbon emissions" isn't found as well.

Hey Devin,
Thanks for reaching out with your question about the missing features in Windows version 22H2. I understand it can be confusing when you update your system but don't see all the features you were expecting, like the "Add natural voices" for Narrator and the carbon emissions text in Windows Update.
Here's what's going on:
These features were not part of the 22H2 release. They were actually introduced in the subsequent major update, version 23H2, which came out after 22H2. Microsoft often introduces new features in these larger, annual updates.
- The "Add natural voices" feature is part of the accessibility enhancements that came with version 23H2.
- The carbon emissions message in Windows Update was also rolled out with version 23H2 as part of Microsoft's sustainability efforts.
What you should do:
To get these features, you'll need to update your operating system to the latest version.
Crucially, version 22H2 is no longer officially supported. Microsoft has moved on to version 23H2 as the standard. Updating is essential not only for getting new features but also for the security and stability of your PC.
I recommend heading to Settings > Windows Update and checking for the 23H2 update. If it doesn't appear automatically, you can use the official Windows 11 Update Assistant tool from Microsoft's website to force the update.
Once you've updated to 23H2, all those features you're looking for should be available.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you run into any issues with the update.
