Hello, it doesn't work, I did as in the link
- Since when this problem started?
What error are you seeing?
Are you able to open it?
Are you using Windows Insider?- Hello, the problem started when I updated the Microsoft store, I don't have an error, yes, but I don't know how to go to my account and it runs in a loop and I use insider
- Try open the Command prompt as administrator and then type the following command:
wsreset.exe
And press enter and let it runs.
