Microsoft won't allow me to download Windows dev preview build
It was working fine in the past and I never download anything from microsoft recently. Now, it won't allow me to download windows dev preview build.

Clear the browser cookies and try again. It is an IP issue.
You need to ensure that your device meets the Windows 11 hardware requirements, then join the Insider Program and link the same Microsoft account before trying again.
